Its no longer news that Rihanna and Beyonce are exchanging verbal blows over which diva should bow for the other. What you may not have noticed is that the men in the two stars' lives are leaving them to it and not getting involved. 

I'm hearing that Jay-z has been staying about a mile away from home in a hotel for some weeks now and busy bodies are interpreting that to mean all's not quite well on the home front.

INDIA ARIE JOINS YVONNE NELSON IN BLEACHING AND LYING ABOUT IT

Well, I'm not sure between Yvonne Nelson and India Arie who started this ridiculous complexion v lighting game but these two Black women should be ashamed of themselves. This composite picture above shows the chocolate brown skin of the India we all know and love side by side with how she appears on the sleeve of her latest single. Her explanation? The same as Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson... its the magnificent lighting of course. As for Yvonne, she's not only lost her natural pigmentation, she's also lost all her meat!!!

ARAB WEDDING TURNS FANS AGAINST 2FACE

Nahhhhhh! You really don't want to hear this! Even I don't believe I'm reporting it because I love the couple... Fact is, I don't know what their honeymoon plans are at the moment but things are not "Floating like a boat on the Nile" for Mr and Mrs Idibia. This is not about their romance, everyone knows the two are inseparable.

But apparently, the African Queen crooner's choice for his wedding venue has inflamed a section of his fans who have reportedly taken to BBM and all the usual social media to vent their disgust and also warn him to prepare for the backlash.

One short but very scary message signed by a group known as Angry Lagosians and reproduced by the Punch newspaper reads:  “We bought your compact discs then you went to get married in Dubai where we can’t eat your rice. How many Arabs have brought their weddings down to Nigeria? Well, if you sing your next song, get ready to go and sell it in Dubai – Angry Lagosians. ”

Another group said in part: "Well, let’s tell you, get ready to sell your next album in Dubai, perform all your new shows in Arab, with new found Arab fans. As for us, we will not buy or patronise your music ever, again.”

My research is also revealing that 2Face has unwittingly lived up to his moniker (being two-faced) as another group of his fans are unimpressed by the fact that he and his Missus gleefuly accepted all the Prado's and Chevy's thrown their way because they hitherto considered the star to be one of the struggling masses and not a part of the corrupt few who are running Nigeria down through - among other things - the cancerous misappropriation of public and personal funds.

So, back to the question: Where are you going for your honeymoon, Mr and Mrs Idibia? Home or abroad? Think twice before you answer...

Shhhhhh! Do not say I told you... The hilarious television interview blunder that went viral is no longer a laughing matter. Forget about those three-minute Azonto moves on the soundtrack, I'm hearing that the legendary Nollywood star Nkem Owoh better known as Osuofia is starring in the full movie spin-off. What I cannot tell you (for now) is who produced and directed the quick job that promises to be an instatnt blockbuster. 

At this level, green-eyed critics like the weird one-time musician Charlie Boy who're uncomfortable with the instant fame of Commandant Shem may die of envy because like the unstoppable Tonto Dikeh there seems to be no stopping the trendy Oga At The Top virus so watch out, its coming to a cinema near you.... And lest we forget, I hope they don't leave out the slightest detail like that finger movement pointing upwards to the Oga At The Top. It cracks me up. Ho! Ho! Ho!

DAVIDO DENIES HIS STRANGE BED FELLOWS

Some talk in their sleep. Others even walk. But Nigerian teen star Davido aka Omo Baba Olowo kisses strange women in his sleep! Well, that's what he implied when he explained the genesis of this infamous shot that hit the internet late last year like sh*t. Some reports quote the dude as saying he was sneaked upon by the opportunistic wannabe chic faking a kiss while he was fast asleep and never knew her from Adam. And I believe him. But I refuse to believe the second picture (below) was also a set-up. You don't get fooled twice... just like that, haba! You can tell that to mum and dad but I'm not buying it.

KIM KARDASHIAN EXPERIENCES THE BEYONCE BELLY MALFUNCTION

Hmmm! While Kim Kardashian is busy doing damage control over her alleged tweets about Nigeria, the MTO website has released some interesting photo exhibits that may prove that she's not really preggers. In case you don't know, doubting Thomases like yours truly are not convinced this drama queen is on a nine month course but until now, all we could go on was her dodgy body language, the inconsistent development of the belly, her drinking and reckless gymming... but these paprazzi shots remind us of Beyonce's "Belly Malfunction" on live telly as her belly appears to be unnaturally ruffled while alighting from a car.

I've just spotted these shots of Nigeria's version of Naomi Campbel - Oluchi - on Linda Ikeji's blog and she captions them as "Supermodel Oluchi looking lovely...." WTF! Linda are you serious? All I see is someone as thin and shapeless as a ruler and although she may be perfect for the runway she's definitely no good to me as far as women go. Are you with me dudes? When are we going to stop egging on these anorexic models? They're bad influence on impressionable girls and women with low self estime...seriously, What's your take?

RIHANNA IN SERIOUS DANGER DOCTORS WARN

Rihanna is on the brink of a serious breakdown and love of her life Chris Brown is being blamed.... partially!

The pop star who's living life on the fast lane was reportedly told by her doctors to slow down on her party lifestyle or risk becoming seriously ill. The doctor's warning came after Rihanna - a heavy smoker and drinker - was recently forced to cancel two dates of her Diamonds tour due to an infection described as Laryngitis. 

According to the Sun, Doctors told Rihanna it could be months before she fully recovered and fell just shy of asking her to cancel her entire tour.

“Rihanna’s illness was so severe that doctors warned it could take months for her to fully recover – there were worries that she’d have to cancel her entire tour.”

“They’ve told her that she needs to make some serious lifestyle changes, or risk this happening again.”

This flaming hot Chevrolette Corvette worth $50,000 is fueling another controversy for newly weds 2Face and Annie. After Akwa Ibom governor's two minus one Prado gift to the stars we're having trouble knowing who to thank for this mystery present as Senate president David Mark whose name is scribbled on that blue piece of  paper you see on the rear has denied having anything to do with it. Did a mischief maker simply pluck the senator's name from the air or is he taking Nigerians for mugs? At least governor Akpabio was man enough to admit his profligacy and his shallow wisdom behind it...

Wow! Pint-sized Nollywood star Chinedu Ikedieze  aka Aki spied by paparazzi in a rare public appearance with his wife Nneoma. The couple attended the "Bovi’s Man on Fire Comedy Show" which held recently at Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. 

They have hardly been seen together at any public event since their wedding two years ago while Aki got busy-bodies really busy by being seen at functions in the company of dishy babes.
