Flavour in court for plagiarism

Flavour
According to Nigerian Entertainment Today, highlife superstar Chinedu Okoli aka Flavour Nabania is presently engaged in a legal battle for plagiarism. Defunct Ghanaian duo Wutah are claiming that Mr Kporonko's new single Kwarikwa is a carbon copy - hook, rhythm and tempo - of their 2008 song titled KOTOSA. The tune was a hit in Ghana but didn't penetrate the sub-continental market and although the duo no longer exists as a group they're are definitely joining forces to see how much they can milk out of this heaven-sent cock-up by the Ashawo Baby singer. I hope this doesn't leave a bad flavour in his mouth.

GOSSIP! Is Aki the real father of this baby?

Not long ago, pint-sized Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze aka Aki reportedly became the father to a pretty baby girl who if you asked me does have some of his facial features (at least).... Check out their foreheads, noses and eyes. However, trust Amebo's who have nothing better to do than to wag their dirty tongues. Hmm, they're now suggesting that the guy may not be the real father of the baby who was born barely a year after his well publicised wedding to the beautiful Nneoma Hope Nwajah. They forget that some brides wed whilst already carrying their groom's baby. Well, whether its because the busybodies feel the guy's not man enough to procreate or

SCANDAL! Nollywood star held for murder

The veteran Nollywood star Rich Oganiru is in custody for the alleged murder of his millionaire wife. Vanguard journalist Ogbonna Amadi is dead

Late Ogbonna Amadi
Sad story to start the day.... Just read of the death of our colleague Ogbonna Amadi of the Vanguard newspaper. According to Linda Ikeji, the veteran Entertainment journalist succumbed to a deadly asthma attack yesterday Wednesday 29th August at the Apapa Hospital in Lagos. This is most saddening for me particularly as I had just been introduced to Amadi who was the Group Entertainment Editor of his paper by a mutual friend following my appointment as Jim Iyke's publicist. My deepest condolences go to his family and loved ones.

K-Solo and wife claim - "We made up story of beating" but we know they're liars!!!

A few weeks ago I was compelled to publish a damning story about popular producer K-Solo after reading reports that he was a wife beater. The internet was littered with graphic pictures of swollen lips and eyes and my lap top was literally stained with the blood from K-Solo's wife - one Kikelomo - who made the compelling and I should add really annoying allegations. So you can imagine how upset I 'm to read on a blog today that the couple were actually having a laugh at our expense.
K-Solo and wife Kikelomo who's not laughing
According to the blog, Kikelomo - I wonder what that means in Yoruba - is now pregnant!!! Ha! Ha!  Well, the couple who I can now comfortably dub as "twisted" were recently interviewed about their conjugal war but to everyone's amazement they announced that the story was made-up. "We were just acting and playing pranks on the media and friends", they said. Who are they fooling besides themselves? If you believe that, you'll surely believe anything you hear because if you asked me, I'd say forget the apologies.. I sincerely hope that Mrs Prankster is laughing when the cycle of

Jim Iyke alerts CIA over fake Facebook account fraud

Jim Iyke - "Not In My Name"

Nollywood super star Jim Iyke has uncovered a fraudulent Facebook account that is actively duping unsuspecting members of the public in his name. The famous screen “Bad Boy”  who has recently embarked on a damage limitation exercise to salvage his badly dented image has already alerted the CIA and has advised his fans worldwide and the public at large to help in tracking down the fraudster  who is known to have successfully conned several of his fans in the UK alone to the tune of over £5000. The suspect who is believed to be a Nigerian male is also believed to have duped many fans in the US especially in the Atlanta area.
In an official statement today, the talented and multi-award winning actor stressed that
his authentic Facebook account bares the nomenclature of Jim Iyke Official and not his full birth names stressing that he is in no way associated with this fraudster and his illegal “fund raising” activity. The star is advising his fans and well wishers to be extra vigilant and to report any demands for cash on his behalf under any pretext to their nearest police service for immediate investigation.
