Blog Queen Linda Ikeji Gives Away N1.5 Million to Needy Fans

The queen of Nigerian bloggers Linda Ikeji who rakes in millions in advertising and sponsorship deals has given away a cash windfall of N1.5 Million to ten of her fans. An additional Twenty Thousand Naira was also given to forty others in appreciation of their supporting role in her amazing success story. 

Ikeji who is known to champion causes of the sick and needy already doles out money to a number of undisclosed charity organizations. She's pictured above with five of the lucky beneficiaries.

Ghanaian beauty queen wanted for theft

An Accra Circuit Court has ordered the arrest of Hammat Montia, the Winner of 2006 Miss Malaika Beauty Pageant for failing to appear before it.

According to the Ghana News Agency, Ms Montia, who is also a businesswoman has been charged with theft. She's accused of stealing an unregistered Toyota Highlander 2008 model belonging to one Versa Keskinen, a Finnish national.

When the matter was called Ms Montia was not in court. 

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) C. K Abadamlora prayed the court for a bench warrant to arrest Ms Montia.
