IS HOLLYWOOD-DESPERATE NADIA LOSING IT?

In her desperate quest for a Hollywood breakthrough Ghollywood screen goddess Nadia Buari appears to be leaving no stone unturned. She started by "getting" an apartment somewhere in the big apple and started rubbing shoulders with A-listers and even famously compared herself to icon Hale Berry after posing with her saying she was not her "fan". However the Ghanaian star was forced to sign-up for acting classes after receiving a few knock backs in her attempts to clinch big roles. And going by these pictures she recently posted on Twitter I can assure you that she feels she's not skinny enough already so must be going without her regular rations of gari and keinkein - in order to lose weight. Well, as I'm not one of her biggest fans and couldn't be bothered if she lost weight to bulimic point or not, I'm begging her admirers out there to do her a favor and tell her not to go down that route.

Yvonne Nelson: "Why I was Banned From Acting In 2010"

Leggy Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson, for the first time reveals details surrounding her dramatic ban from starring in movies in 2010, and how she feels about it.

Speaking on Peace FM’s “Entertainment Review”, the tall actress said she only stood up for her rights and some film producers tagged her as disrespectful and arrogant.
“If Producers treat their cast and crew with respect, whatever they want will be given to them but when little bit of disrespect and for that you are taking advantage or you are not doing the right thing, then there is a problem.
When an actor or an actress speaks up, they say you don’t respect because you know your little rights and that is the only problem I have in this industry”, Yvonne stated.
The “Princess Tyra” actress explained that in Ghana if you know your rights and you know when to come in if you are not happy about something, people say you are arrogant, and that was exactly what happened to her before she

WANTED: A LOVER FOR SCARY KAREN

Big Brother Africa celebrity Karen Igho has been moaning lately in the media that men are scared of approaching her. In some reports that I've read, she actually goes to all the trouble of reminding eligible bachelors and non-bachelors alike that she's all woman and that she desires to be loved. Honestly until she mentioned her frustration I thought she was either a man or a wild cat. So I decided to take a very goooood look at what she's working with (See pics, sorry not enough space to show all her different looks) only to end up asking: Is she serious? Ok, she's definitely not a man but I'm so scared that I'm even shaking as I write  about her now. Even in all her naked "glory" there seems to be so much going on on that face, that body of hers and one shudders to imagine the things on her sordid mind... its always a challenge knowing whether she's smiling, grimacing or crying. I rest my case, but never mind the devious me girl, beauty they say is in the eyes of the beholder so I guess you'll find a suitor soon, your perfect match. But you can count me out, I'm not that brave or desperate. Lol.

DAVIDO/WIZKID BEEF - THE GENESIS

Davido may deny the cold war going on between him and Wizkid and even tell anyone who cares to listen that the Pakurumo singer is his ‘brother’ but inside sources say that is far from the truth.

Before Davido burst into the limelight, he and Wizkid were unknown to each other but that soon changed once Davido also became a household name and they both got to meet and struck a friendship until sometime in May this year when the cordial relationship went sour.

According to an insider who knows the duo well and the source of their no-love lost relationship, Wizkid was chilling at a hotel somewhere on the Island and apparently wasn’t having a great time so

FIFTY AND P. DIDDY FACE-OFF AT BET'S BANG! BANG! AWARDS

After the nasty Rick Ross and Young Jeezy scuffle it was the turn two of Hip Hop's top dons 50Cent and P Diddy to further taint the BET Hip-Hop 2012 Awards. This is how our buddies over at MTO have summed it all up...
MediaTakeOut.com learned that yesterday's BET Hip Hop Awards was a COMPLETE RATCHET mess. The Awards show, which was hosted by Mike Epps - is scheduled to be aired in a few weeks. Most of the DRAMA that popped off, occurred between Rick Ross' Maybach Music camp, who got into it, with both Young Jeezy and 50 Cent's camp. During Saturday's taping for BET's 2012 Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta, MediaTakeOut.com is told that Rick Ross and Young Jeezy reportedly got into a shoving match backstage. Yes JEEZY and ROSS . . . not their ENTOURAGES - THEM TWO. The scuffle then spilled outside into the parking lot. Minutes later, shots were fired and at least one man was arrested. And there's more. Multiple sources who were in the building CONFIRMED to MediaTakeOut.com that Ross' protégé Gunplay got it POPPIN with members of 50 Cent's G-Unit camp. The streets say that MULTIPLE members of G-Unit, many of whom are on papers #teamnosbitch#, put hands andfeet on GUN - leaving him with visible wounds. Police were called in, but we're told that NO ONE got arrested. Then the most CRAZY ISH happened. According to a VERY TRUSTED MTO snitch - Diddy and 50 were FIGHTING. Word is that the two were CLOWNING each other backstage. But the jokes started to get SERIOUS - and at one point 50 RAISED UP . . . got in Diddy's face and called him a B*TCH N*GGA. The insider continued, "The entire [back]stage got quiet because we thought it was about to POP. But Diddy got up, said he as 'too much money' for that, and he left."

NIGERIAN IDOL SEASON 3: CHARLY BOY DEMANDS N30M OR ELSE

By Babajide Ogunbumi
It’s no longer news that the highly anticipated talent hunt show is back, bigger and better.

Lagos, Abuja, Owerri, Port Harcourt, and Benin are States they have been storming in search of Nigeria’s biggest but undiscovered talent.Lead  sponsor for this year’s season remains Etisalat Nigeria; Associate sponsors are leading beverage brand, Pepsi. What's news is the reason why
Charly Boy aks Area Fada - a prominent face on the show's judging panel may not be seen this time around as he is alleged to have suddenly turned "Oliver Twist" demanding for the whopping sum of 30 million Naira.

It would be recalled that Charly Boy was not at last week's media launch of the Nigerian Idol season 3 with the theme “Voice of Tomorrow”. This ignited speculations over Charly Boy's return to the show. A bird in the know squealed that a number meetings between Charly Boy and the show's producers had ended in deadlock as the former insisted on a pay rise.
Though, if CB insists to bug, Optima Media Group may be forced to look for possible replacement of Charly Boy as soon as possible.
While the information at my disposal has it that talk is still ongoing to have Charly Boy for the third season of Nigerian Idol, it’s unarguable that his controversial lifestyle, antics, craze and creativity as judge, earned Nigeria’s version of the world’s biggest reality TV show, more viewership last season.
