Stingy Chris Brown got into a row with a valet on Tuesday when the star who's worth millions refused to pay just Ten Dollars for services rendered. The cheapskate was caught on camera with his posse disputing the charge which the valet politely demanded before releasing Brown's car keys after he attended a charity event at the PINZ bowling alley in Studio City, Los Angeles. He even appears to mutter: "Fuck Ten Dollars" and threatened the car park attendant... Watch TMZ's video of the moment.
