KAREN IGHO'S ENCOUNTER WITH AN ARMED ROBBER

Tongues are wagging over the mysterious claim of assault by Big Brother celebrity Karen Igho. The Nigerian who won the African version of the reality show in 2011 is claiming that she was slapped by a gun-totting bouncer at an event on Friday 14 December because she refused to give him money. However, the photo evidence she posted on Twitter looks like her face was completely re-arranged suggesting that she may have received a little more than just a slap. The other snag is that while Igho is threatening to sue the "bouncer" and no doubt by extension the organizers of the  Smirnoff  3D Disco event, they are distancing themselves from the wahala saying the security bouncers they contracted for the do that took place at the Landmark Events Centre, Lagos were not armed. Could she have been a victim of attempted armed robbery? If that's the case, perhaps she should go to church this Sunday and give thanks that all she got was a nasty slap, never mind the fact that it makes her look like an alien because things could have been far worse.
