Nollywood's enfant terrible Tonto Dikeh's skin is not as thick as we thought after all..... I hear she was rescued from committing suicide a few weeks ago. She revealed this herself on Instagram.
The actress who is famous for badmouthing friends and foes alike always appeared to care less what anyone thinks of her but in reality, she was slowly tipping over the edge. This does come as a
surprise...
CELEBRITY SPY readers will recall my piece on her ganja drama and the suggestion that the Nigerian drugs control agency was intending to prosecute her. In that piece I submitted that it would be nice if she was banged up in jail - for her own good - so that she can use the experience to "see the light". I know that many troubled souls who go to jail come out re-born with a fresh perspective on life that's usually different from their old ways. (Read the post here).
Unfortunately but quite typically, Dikeh with some of her fans reacted to the piece without much thought by tweeting expletives at yours truly. But they were missing the point. My views were in good faith because I appreciate first and foremost that she's a child of God as we all are and a gifted one as well (as far as her acting goes, I'm not sure about the singing!)
However, the fact is that she was steadily going off the rails and needed divine intervention.
Although she claims that she had no one to talk to, we're glad and grateful to those friends who God sent to steer her away from consummating her suicidal ideation. *The Spy ALWAYS finds out and ALWAYS tells it like it is. Follow @africncelebspy on twitter and like me on facebook or else....
