Mo'Hits and Mavin records top star Dr Sid may be suffering a psychological breakdown. The star whose father the Nollywood actor Justus Esiri passed away recently has shocked his fans and entertainment observers as he suddenly "unfollowed" all his 115,466 followers on Twitter.... including his close pal and label boss Don Jazzy. Everyone!
He offered no clear reasons or explanations for the dramatic move but some commentators suggest that the singer and producer may be taking the death of his famous father rather badly.
In a bizarre series of tweets the Doctor-turned musician simply stated that he was starting over again and that his true followers will understand adding that whoever was still with him when he was ready to continue will have fun with him.
It was not immediately clear if he intended to continue tweeting i the meantime. We'll have to wait and see but with my little clinical knowledge of mental health issues, I suggest that friends and family keep a close eye on the dude because some people handle traumatic experiences rather badly and can begin with such drama and quickly degenerate to full-blown (mental) derailment... God forbids.
