| Paintsil's Hummer pushed out of the way by volunteers |
There was pandemonium and traffic and business stood still in the Kumasi town's nerve centre of Adum yesterday when Ghanaian football star John Paintsil and some chics got locked inside a Hummer jeep. According to the Daily Guide newspaper, Paintsil who had joined other celebrities including
Emmanuel Adebayor for a charity match on Sunday got behind the wheel of the monster ride with two babes and a pal and in an attempt to brag in front of the huge crowd of onlookers and the babes he ended up embarrassing himself big time. He got the complex ignition combination of the vehicle wrong and as a result, the system was deadlocked which meant that the engine failed to start and the doors wouldn't open either. Eye witnesses said the footballer was not the one driving the Hummer when the stars stormed the area in front of Melcom Stores at Adum. Its still not clear if the Hummer belongs to Paintsil or not. Volunteers later pushed the vehicle out of the way. The Spy says - Pride goes before a fall... LMAO!!!
