X, the barking rapper of DMX fame is in deep sh*t! A boking agency has slapped him with a $630,000 law suit. According to TMZ, the agency Heavy Rotation are claiming in the suit filed in New York that they signed a deal with the cult Hip Hop act in 2011 but due to a string of legal issues hanging over the DMX front man the deal fell through as he was banned from travelling abroad.
Some of the legal problems that hindered the rapper from honouring his contract included a traffic violation and child support disputes. According to the report, costly financial efforts by the Agency to disentangle Mr X from the legal constraints to enable him honour international engagements were unsuccessful.
