Wedding Porsche scandal: Kachikwu responds to Larry Onuegbu

Onuegbu: Brand new second hand
True to my word, the Porsche Cayenne wedding gift presented to rapper Naeto C is going to take us places we've never been before. So as promised here is the latest twist to the Onuegbu/Kachikwu debacle over a fraudulent car dealership that has opened a can of worms and is destined to land someone behind bars. As they say, there are three sides to every story - One side, the other side and the truth. Having published car dealer Larry Onuegbu's I now present the version of Mr Dumebi Kachikwu as reported by my fellow blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus. Enjoy...

Mr Larry recently distributed some money around town to run down the name of Dumebi kachikwu and that is what i find so annoying....Why distribute money to online bloggers to Run down a mans character if your hands are clean?

Kachikwu exposed - Naeto C's wedding Porsche was bought on credit!

Onuegbu: Nothing to hide?
Kachikwu: Serial debtor?
In the world of automobiles the term "Fully loaded" usually means that a vehicle has all the top-of-the-range features and specifications. But in the case of Naeto C's controversial wedding present "fully loaded" has taken on a new meaning and that is his Porsche Cayenne comes fully loaded with scandalous revelations. The Spy can now reveal that the now famous ride has not even been paid for. To re-cap, on day one we could not quite figure out who actually bought the toy for the groom of the decade. Later we found out that Koko Master D'banj presented it on behalf of Naeto C's former brother-in-law Dumebi Kachikwu. Then we were told that Auto Lounge boss Larry Onuegbu who sold the SUV to Kachikwu had conned him by selling him a 2009 model at the price of the 2012 edition. Now it's even juicier as Onuegbu has spilled the beans to the effect that Kachikwu is the dodgy character who goes about "buying" pricey rides on credit only to return them on false pretext after showing off with them in public. I'm told he once returned a Bentley after posing with it and later claimed it was a stolen vehicle. However, this time around Larry's not having it. He has slammed his foot on the break pedal and is insisting that Kachikwu pays up every dime he owes him - the N14m for the Porsche which he says is a spanking new 2010 model - plus an outstanding debt of N4m Kachikwu owes him on an Infinity car he previously bought on credit. If you think this is the end of this nuptial saga you better think again because a source close to Larry Onuegbu has hinted me that this is only the tip of the ice berg. This car is definitely going to take us places we've never been before... More revelations on the way - trust your ever nosey Spy.

Jim Iyke strikes Hollywood deal

Seems like there's no stopping this Nollywood baddie. When I interviewed Jim Iyke in London last week, the beleaguered Nigerian movie star was in transit to a holiday break in St Tropez. (See previous post). This update is another Spy exclusive showing Iyke with HRH Malik Ado Ibrahim in Paris. Prince Malik is a Hollywood producer and first Black owner of a Formular 1 racing team. In short the dude is loaded and I can exclusively confirm that Iyke has in the last few days concluded a deal joining him with Malik's production company known as M media. And you guessed right they are planing a joint production soon.... in December of this year to be more precise. That's what I call Jim Iyke untamed!

EXCLUSIVE holiday photos: Jim Iyke minus the scandals!

I've just received these private holiday snaps of Nollywood's bad boy actor Jim Iyke seen here on the exclusive coast of St Maxime near St Tropez on the French Reviera. Wow! It seems like a world away from the nightmare of a certain Mrs Habiba Abubakar and her N15m wahala.

Snoop Dogg changes name to Snoop Lion

Snoop Dogg - real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr - says he is changing his name to Snoop Lion. Previously known as Snoop Doggy Dogg, the famous weed smoking rapper has updated his Twitter handle. Addressing a news conference in New York the star said "I want to bury Snoop Dogg, and become Snoop Lion," and revealed that the new name was bestowed upon him by Rastafarian priests during a trip to Jamaica in February 2011. The Spy says... I bet he now thinks he's the conquering lion of the tribe of Judah. Well, if da Dogg can become a lion then a leopard can easily change its spots. Having said that, any name's definitely better than the string of tongue twisters printed on his birth certificate! Lols.

Two Nollywood stars robbed in London

Justus Esiri
Segun Arinze
News just reaching me say Nollywood big wigs Justus Esiri and Segun Arinze have both been robbed in London. The two Nigerian actors who are currently visiting the UK were robbed at the Travelodge Hotel in Surrey Quays where they're staying. According to a source at Nigeriafilms, Arinze's iPad was stolen while Esiri's passport was taken in the theft. No details of any arrests were available at the time of this report but we gathered that an unnamed female Polish national who works as a cleaner at the popular budget hotel with branches across the UK may be amongst possible suspects because only she has copies of the guests' room keys besides the management and guests themselves. It was not immediately clear if the pair were sharing a suite or if they were robbed in separate rooms. Meanwhile Esiri who is a member of the Order of Nigeria (OON) has been issued with a new passport by the Nigerian High Commision in London. The stars are due to return to Nigeria next week and a police investigation into the incident is now underway.

Here she is bending it like Beckham at Friday's opening of the London Olympics. She also got into a tug of war with a group of kids.

Mixed race celebrities under attack in Ghana

Nadia Buari and Majid Michael
Ghanaian celebrities of mixed race parentage are under attack! Everyone knows that you cannot mention two "A" list Ghanaian celebs without stumbling on one of mixed race. Well, call it what you will... racial discrimination, ethnic cleansing or harmless curiosity? Fact is the Spy has just gathered that sections of the blogging community and social media commentators in that Country have launched an open attack on the stars prominent amongst whom are Ghollywood actors Majid MichelNadia Buari and Van Vicker. The bigoted commentators are challenging these illustrious fellow country men and women of theirs to produce their non-native parents for all to see or else... However, exactly what purpose ogling of the faces of these men and women will serve and what the curious cats intend to do afterwards remains to be seen. But going by the contents of a piece posted on a prominent Ghanaian blog it appears that some powers and principalities are losing precious sleep over the mystery surrounding the whereabouts of the parents in question whose progenies also include well-known faces like Nikki Samonas, Deborah Vanessa and Menaye Donkor. Whilst writing this piece, I placed a long distance telephone call to a close Ghanaian contact of mine in Kumasi and the person seemed to corroborate the interest being expressed in getting acquainted with these "missing celebrity parents".
Van Vicker
Ghanaians are on the one hand baffled to see that unlike typical 100% Ghanaian celebs, (since I don't know how else to distinguish them) these mixed race ones' parents do not appear to play any perceptible  parts in their lives and on the other hand, the mixed race stars tend to carry themselves as if to to say they're a cut above the rest. To fuel the fire, it has also been alleged that the mixed race actors tended to always land the juiciest and more lucrative roles in Ghollywood films. What's your candid take on this tricky situation folks? Is this a healthy  development? Please post your comments...
