KANYE WEST UPDATE: STAR FACES THREE YEARS JAIL AS ARREST WARRANT IS ISSUED

MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a person CLOSE with a prosecutor in Los Angeles who tells us that lawyers WORKED LATE INTO THE NIGHT investigating whether to bring CRIMINAL CHARGES against Kanye West. And we're told that they made a decision - KANYE WEST WILL BE CHARGED with Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "This is the THIRD TIME he's attacked one of the paparazzi. They are going to go HARD on this."

Our snitch tells us that the charges are expected to be announced as early as TODAY in a press conference. And that a WARRANT FOR YEEZY'S ARREST will be issued immediately. Police are expected to take him into custody as early as THIS AFTERNOON - if they can FIND HIM.

If Kanye is found GUILTY, he faces up to THREE YEARS in prison. And since it is considered a violent felony, he would have to do 85% of any sentence imposed.

Kanye is reportedly still in California. Hopefully he READS THIS ARTICLE before POPO shows up at his door . . . and dude gets THE F*CK OUTTA TOWN!! *The Spy ALWAYS finds out and ALWAYS tells it like it is. Follow @africncelebspy on twitter and like me on facebook or else....

KANYE WEST TO FACE ROBBERY CHARGES AFTER ASSAULT ON PAPARAZZI

Kanye West may be charged with attempted robbery after an altercation with a paparazzi. The GOOD Music rapper attacked a photo journalist who apparently wound him up with a barrage of questions as he arrived at the Los Angeles International airport on Friday.

He charged the newsman and allegedly attempted to dispossess him of his camera during the tussle in the presence of other newsmen and onlookers. According to gossip website TMZ, the police will be slamming a felony of attempted robbery against the 36-year-old star instead of the lesser charge of battery.
The photographer was taken to hospital and said he intended to press charges. Watch the video.  *The Spy ALWAYS finds out and ALWAYS tells it like it is. Follow @africncelebspy on twitter and like me on facebook or else....
