Jailed Ugandan socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa better known as Bad Black on Friday missed an opportunity to breath the air of freedom - at least temporarily - when she failed to raise cash to get bail on medical grounds. The former prostitute turned celebrity who's serving a four-year jail sentence for fraud was over-joyed when granted a 100 Million Shillings bail to enable her treat her infected breast implants in Dubai but her joy was short-lived when Luzira prison insisted that she must cough-up the bail in cash and not in kind. This is a grass-to-grace-and-back woman who at just 22 years old has squandered well over 70 million Ugandan Shillings and driven an array of expensive rides all now confiscated.
