Fresh from hosting GIAMA 2012, Africa's most
successful male actor, Jim Iyke is breaking new grounds as he has now concluded a $1/2m reality show deal. This makes the Nollywood "bad boy" the first
movie star on the continent to host his own reality show on cable television! The show known as JIM IYKE UNSCRIPTED is a joint production of Africa Magic and
Oh Africa TV and it will be aired
for one year across both networks and their affiliates – covering almost the
entire continent and syndicated around the globe. The deal, brokered by Iyke's
UK-based management GREYOLOGY INC
will net the star a whopping $1/2m.

Usher, Leona Lewis, Rahman, Ce'Cile, Lush and Ciru Maina. And the "Unscripted" cameras are already rolling - with the just concluded GIAMA
2012 Award hosted by the star providing a glamorous high profile backdrop
for the opening episodes which should hit the screens in a matter of weeks. As
the title indicates, the cameras will access all areas of the
life of Jim Iyke, unraveling the affable, down-to-earth and resilient
personality behind the hard screen persona everyone has come to know – despised
by some certainly but adulated by many. "Jim Iyke
Unscripted" is also a one-off insight into the incredible achievements of the
enterprising star outside the make-believe realms of Nollywood as well as the
aspirations of the man a few privileged associates know as a smooth and creative
workaholic. If nothing else, one thing is for certain, Jim Iyke’s personal and
work ethics will cause many to marvel and no doubt rearrange all their misconceptions of
the man.
