Nollywood's good girl, turned bad girl Tonto Dikeh is now turning good girl again as she says she has quit smoking. The sultry actress who was once voted by SPY readers as "Nollywood's Most Scandalous" personality seems to be really cleaning up her act lately - not that we want to claim any credits for it. The first time we noticed her improving attitude was when she generously and without fuss offered to refund the fees she was paid for a film after she was falsely accused by its producer of abandoning it.
Going by her old record, she could easily have had a public showdown and damned the consequences. However, the SPY says - Whilst commending her latest effort at being GOOD again, we do not know how long she's gone without a fag so far therefore we can safely assume that its still early days to start celebrating over the ciggie business as many are known to start the unhealthy and unglamorous habit again. Give it 3 to 6 months and see but most importantly this magnificent actress with so much to offer needs to stay away from smokers in this early stage and avoid any film roles requiring her to light up in the future.
