Mo'Hits wahala: Don Jazzy still promoting D'banj

Barely a week after the D'banj v Don Jazzy rift came to a head with the dramatic release of the Oliver Twist video devoid of the image of the Mo'Hits "Master Planner" himself, the Spy is now piecing together evidence that reconciliation may be on the cards which is all well and good. Or is it? Well, its either that or there never was any beef in the first place! No long thing - lets cut to the chase, the entire charade has been nothing but a cunning marketing ploy by those two smart brains to milk the signing of D'Banj to Kanye's G.O.O.D. MUSIC label to the max.

Our sensors were immediately activated during a routing Twitter patrol yesterday when we stumbled upon a post by Michael Collins aka Don Jazzy. Unbelievably, he was plugging D'Banj's Oliver Twist video. For those who may not be familiar with the term, "plugging" means promoting. The tweet that got our imagination going reads: "For those that havnt watched D'Banj Oliver twist video,  link is..." He then sujpplied a link to the video. That's not all. Another indicator that this is all a fix is Don's response to a fan's question if its true he's really got beef with D'Banj. He said: "can u beef ur son bro?"
We immediately sent the Don a tweet asking him to confirm if reconciliation between the two was a possibility but we had yet to receive any response as at the time of this report.
Its not our first attempt at contacting Don Jazzy for comments on this nasty scandal. Going by the content of his tweets, it would appear that he's more interested in petty flirtations with his fans, lapping-up every iota of adulation that they invariably shower upon him and could not be bothered about what journalists and other commentators want to know. We all know that snobbery of the press is tantamount to stoking the fires of speculation... If there's no beef and he's still  plugging the man's video via one of the most powerful marketing tools of the moment then we ought to wonder what the brou-ha-ha's about.

As for the Koko Master his last tweet was on 24 February 2012.
