Nollywood big girl Uche Jombo says her husband of a couple of months proposed to her twice before she said yes. And contrary to popular assumption, the couple became acquainted through mutual friends and not via the internet. She further reveals that Rodriguez is "the most romantic person I've ever met and that's why I married him" even though she's only known the man for less than a year. Giving thirsty fans a little peek into her unbelievably abrupt and hushed marriage the actress, producer and director says the
annoying secrecy surrounding her wedding was calculated to enable the pair take joint decisions and ultimate control of whatever information they wanted to release to the public domain and that she says will come in form of an "exclusive publication" she's preparing. In what appeared to be a hard-earned exclusive interview, Jombo told Bella Naija's Adeola Adeyemo that she actually spends more "rosy" time with her New Yorker hubby than people think pointing out that the guy is a Yankee through and through - NOT A LATINO! Wow, what a relief. Now we can't wait to see some decent pictures besides these in your face self-shot ones... So, when's that publication coming out? Oh, never mind, I guess Bella Naija just forgot to ask that. Surely it shouldn't be too long now - perhaps just long enough to raise the marketability and publicity potentials.
