Wowwww what a cock up!... Willow Smith - the 11-year-old daughter of Jada and Will Smith (seen here on the left of this picture) has a tongue piercing!!! Well, child welfare authorities in California may be knocking on the Smith's door any day now for letting the minor do the tongue job. According to a Media Takeout report, its against the State's penal code for minors to have tongue piercings without parental consent. So its either the Smiths actually signed the required paperwork or they deliberately turned a blind eye after their daughter cut legal corners. Either way, someone has some serious explaining to do if they are to avoid time behind bars. This ain't funny one bit.
