The rising star whose real name is Harrison Tar Okri told the Y! magazine the shocking story of how his late mother got pregnant with him whilst in school before realising she was related to her baby's father.
He said: "After my mum gave birth to me, she and my dad discovered they were actually brother and sister." Both parents eventually split up and fled to escape death in the hands of their Warri tribesmen who see such acts as taboo. The artist does not explain how his parents came to be separated in the first place.
