Mo'Hits, Mo Sh*t from Naija Gist

Don't get it twisted folks, the Mo'hits break-up is still unravelling. Just when you and I thought we had put the nasty saga behind us, it rears its ugly head again thanks to conspiracy theorists like Naija Gist who're now alleging that the Don Jazzy - D'banj split was due to the Don's refusal to follow his friend and business ally of nearly ten years into the imaginary global power-broking cult known as the Illuminati.

Quoting no authority or source in particular, the Naija Gist attempts to give credence to their concoction (or so they believe) by assuming that it is because of D'banj's recent initiation into the group that Don announced he was donating proceeds from his production catalogue sales to five charities.

I've always admired the creativity of conspiracy theorists with their far-fetched ideas about events in the world but the notion that Don Jazzy's announcement has anything to do with the Illuminati or D'banj joining it is total bollocks! For one simple reason - the catalogue of recordings in question was produced before D'banj's porported joining of the Illuminati so how and why should the Don feel compelled to give his hard earned money away on those grounds? One would be tempted to consider the thought if it was claimed that Don Jazzy just found out that D'banj has been a member of the Illuminati all along behind his back.

Give it a rest folks, you can't milk the Mo'Hits story any more. Its dead.
