"Hands-off Annie Macaulay" - Fans tell 2Face groupies

SPECIAL REPORT BY OKI MARTINS
As news of Pero Adeniyi's delivery of a baby boy for Innocent 2Face Idibia spread over the Easter holidays, fans of the Nigerian mega star  were calling on his jealous girlfriends and groupies to lay off his fiancee Annie Macaulay.
Recent reports had it that following the romantic Valentine's day marriage proposal to the Nollywood actress, she has come under a spate of direct and indirect attacks from various unnamed females.
According to reports, the sentiments expressed by the different interest groups ranged from pure jealousy of the "chosen one" to outright disdain for 2Face himself. It is believed that members of Pero's family were particularly outraged by the awkward timing of the Valentine's day's proposal describing it as inconsiderate due to the pregnant state of Pero at the time and apparently they even feared for her safety and safe delivery.
Others reportedly  went as far as to question why the star who's alleged to have a string  of baby mothers dotted around the world decided to impregnate Pero when he intended to propose to someone else.

Against this background, the Spy took a sound bite amongst members of the public with supporters and fans of the couple calling for the matter to be laid to rest now that Pero has safely put to bed.
The general consensus of our survey amongst people who requested anonymity was that the innocent bride-to-be must be allowed to go about her life without fear of any form of threat. Hitherto, the seriousness of the threats led 2Face to "ban" his actress fiancee from going on set until further notice. In reporting the story, the Spy had expressed support for the precautionary measure which it believed was aimed at averting any physical confrontation that could jeopardise the forthcoming wedding.
